Course Enrollment:
1.1. To enroll in a short course, participants must be of legal age or obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.
1.2. Enrollment in a course is subject to availability and payment of the required fees.

Course Fees:
2.1. All course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of EliteBrightsolution.

Course Content:
3.1. EliteBrightsolution reserves the right to modify the content, structure, or schedule of any short course, provided that the overall learning objectives are not compromised.
3.2. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of EliteBrightsolution and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Attendance and Participation:
4.1. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the course activities.
4.2. Failure to attend a course session does not entitle the participant to a refund or makeup session, except under special circumstances with prior approval from EliteBrightsolution.

Course Completion and Certification:
5.1. Participants must fulfill all course requirements and assessments to receive a certificate of completion.
5.2. EliteBrightsolution reserves the right to withhold certificates for participants who do not meet the required criteria.

Limitation of Liability:
 EliteBrightsolution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or participation in its courses.
