- Cancellation by Participant:
1.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a short course, you must notify us in writing (via email or through our official communication channels) before the course commencement date. The request should include the course name, enrollment details, and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation by Elite Bright Solution:
2.1. Elite Bright Solution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances; enrolled students will be notified promptly.
2.2. In the case of course cancellation by the institution, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund of the course fee.
- Refund Processing:
3.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7] business days from the date of the cancellation request.
3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Non-Attendance and No-Shows:
4.1. Participants who fail to attend a course without providing prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
- Course Rescheduling:
5.1. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or other emergencies, Elite Bright Solution may consider requests to reschedule a course, subject to availability.
5.2. Course rescheduling requests must be made in writing and will be subject to availability and approval by the institution.
- Transfer of Enrollment:
6.1. Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to another course offered by Elite Bright Solution, subject to availability and approval.
6.2. Transfer requests must be made in writing and may be subject to additional fees or adjustments in course fees.
- Partial Completion:
7.1. Participants who partially complete a course and are unable to finish the remaining sessions will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
- Exceptions:
8.1. Elite Bright Solution may consider exceptions to this cancellation policy under extraordinary circumstances depending on the case, but any such decision will be at the sole discretion of Elite Bright Solution.
